2. The short version
Flexik is a fully local app. There are no accounts, no tracking, no analytics and no ads. Everything you do in the app (goals, sessions, program progress, settings) is stored only on your device (browser localStorage). We do not receive, store or process any personal data on servers.
3. Hosting
When you open the app, the hosting provider technically processes your IP address to deliver the files (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in operating the service). No cookies are set.
4. Fonts and assets
All fonts and assets are self-hosted and served from the same origin. No third-party CDNs (such as Google Fonts) are contacted, so no data is transferred to third parties.
5. Reminders
The optional daily reminder runs entirely on your device via your browser's or system's notification feature. No reminder data leaves your device.
6. Deleting your data
Use “Delete all local data” in the settings, or clear your browser's site data. That removes everything — there is no server copy.
7. Your rights
You have the rights under Art. 15–21 GDPR and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since we hold no personal data about you, most requests can be fulfilled directly on your device.
8. Future changes
If in-app purchases are introduced in a future version, payment processing (e.g. via the App Store) will involve additional data processing by the respective provider. This policy will be updated before any such feature launches.
